Neurodiversity & Inclusion: Unlocking Hidden Potential in International Organizations
As a late-diagnosed neurodivergent professional and former leader with two decades of experience at the BBC, WHO, UNICEF, the One UN, and Gavi, I’ve seen firsthand both the challenges and the immense opportunities that divergent thinking brings to international organizations.
Today, as a certified coach specializing in team coaching, conflict management, and neurodiversity, I work with organizations to move beyond surface-level inclusion toward real, lasting cultural change.
In this webinar, I’ll share practical insights, cutting-edge neuroscience, and personal reflections on how embracing neurodiversity can build stronger, more innovative teams – and why welcoming diverse ways of working and thinking isn’t just about inclusion – it’s the blueprint for a more innovative, connected, and human future.
